When I first started constructing our children’s grade notebooks, I had no idea how I was empowering our children to take ownership of their education. I truly believed I was simply creating lesson plans for each of my children.

The Charlotte Mason Planner Packs come in FIVE options: Form Ia, Form Ib, Form II, Form III & IV, and Form V & VI. 

Each Planner Pack includes 134 pre-punched pages broken into THREE sections: Annual, Subject, and Weekly. 

The Annual section guides you in planning for this stage of your child’s intellectual needs for the year for the number of books suggested for each form..

Each year, you’ll create ONE Grade Notebook™ per school aged child. 

If your child is a non-reader, you’ll have ownership of it to work through your lesson plans through the year and add completed work to create an annual portfolio for your child. 

Watching you being consistent in using the Grade Notebook™ to see what lessons should be used for the day and marking them off when completed will build a natural desire to take ownership of it themselves. 

Once a child is a reader, they will take ownership of their education while you evaluate the assignments are being done and the completed work is done to the best of the abilities.
